Rihanna and Matt Kemp have been dating for several months now and the new couple tries to keep their relationship under the radar.
However, Matt Kemp must have been caught in a weak moment last Monday (May 3). The baseball finally broke his silence and talked about his new girlfriend during the State Farm DDF Bowling Extravaganza à Los Angeles.
When he was asked if he and Rihanna were officially an item, he replied, "Yeah! That’s my girl!"
He went on to say, "She’s just a fun person. I love to be around her."
22-year old Rihanna is out of the country on a world tour right now so she won’t be attending any more Los Angeles Dodgers ball games any time soon.
When Rihanna returns to the U.S., she will still be on the road on the North American leg of her Last Girl on Earth tour. New pop sensation Ke$ha will open for Rihanna during these shows.
Matt Kemp said, "She’s definitely not gonna be here for a little while. Hopefully when she gets back she’ll at a couple [more] games."
The tour begins July 2 in Seattle and ends August 25 in Chicago. Her Canadian concerts include a stop in Vancouver on July 4, in Toronto on August 5 and in Montreal on August 7.
Rihanna attended the Dodgers’ home opener on April 13. The singer recently ended months of speculation about their relationship by confirming she was dating Kemp.
