Robin Baum, the spokesperson for the 42-year-old star, confirmed to People that Griffith is back in detox at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.
"She is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy. This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago," Baum explained.
This is the third time the actress has checked into rehab. In 1988, the actress was treated for cocaine and alcohol addiction. In 2000, she suffered an addiction to anti-pain medications following a neck injury.
