According to People magazine, Spears’ fans are showing their support while the star undergoes treatment in a rehabilitation clinic.

Laura, who resides in England, wrote, "I hope you are feeling better in yourself. You are the best female artist ever."
Spears, 25, has been at the Promises centre in Malibu since February 20. Her friends and family are behind her.
