The Web site for the presale of Michael Jackson concert tickets at London’s O2 Arena experienced certain technical problems due to the onslaught of ticket buyers, reports NME.com.
While Jackson’s fans were trying to connect to the Michaeljackson.com site this morning (March 11), an error message popped up.
In addition, some people received an access code from O2 Arena to use towards ticket purchases, but found out that their codes didn’t work.
Jackson will give a series of concerts at the O2 this summer, and eleven show dates were added this morning.
The general ticket sale will begin on Friday (March 13) at 7:00am.
