Michael Jackson Slapped with New Lawsuit

A promoter is suing Michael Jackson for breach of contract.

The King of Pop has been served by the New Jersey concert production company, AllGood Entertainment, Inc., for breach of contract.

The agreement signed by the singer’s agent, Frank DiLeo, last November, specified that the singer was to give a concert in the United States this summer, and that he was not to perform another show before the one agreed upon in the deal.

However, Jackson is booked for a series of 50 concerts at London’s O2 Arena, beginning July 10.

AllGood Entertainment demands 20 million dollars in compensatory damages and at least 20 million dollars in punitive damages.
