Michael Jackson Too Sick to Testify

Michael Jackson’s attorney is claiming that his client is too sick to testify at his trial.

Attorney Robert Englehart, who represents the King of Pop, insists that Jackson is too sick to go to London.  Jackson was expected to testify in court concerning a $6.5 million contract between with the Bharainian prince, Abdullah ben Hamad Al Khalifa.

It is unknown what mysterious illness Jackson is suffering from, however, Judge Nigel Sweeney has adjourned the trail until tomorrow (November 20), when the singer’s doctors are to announce the state of the star’s health.

Jackson’s lawyer is asking for his client to testify via video conferencing. However, Prince Al Khalifa’s attorney argues that the singer must be present in London to testify in person.

The prince is suing the star for not having honoured a contract, which stipulated that Jackson produce an album, write an autobiography and go on tour.
