Michael Jackson’s kids go to school

The King of Pop’s kids will attend school for the first time this fall.

According to a Music-News report, Michael Jackson’s three children will start going to school in September. This should finally give them a chance to make some friends.

The mother of the late King of Pop, Katherine Jackson, is the legal guardian of the three kids. She revealed that her grandchildren, 13-year old Prince Michael, 12-year old Paris and 8-year old Blanket, will be heading to a new school this fall where they can meet kids their own age.

She said, "They don’t have any friends. They don’t go to school, they have private lessons at home – but that will change in September, when they are due to enrol at private college. But they have their cousins and aunts and uncles around them constantly, and that’s helped them immensely. To them, it’s normal, it’s the life they have known."

June 25 marks the first anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death. He died from an overdose of Propofol at the age of 50.

There will be a tribute to Michael Jackson at the 10th BET Awards on June 27, two days after the anniversary of his passing. The Jackson family will be present at the event which will be hosted by Queen Latifah and broadcast live from the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium.
