Mickey Rourke hurt himself in a wrestling match with champion Chris Jericho on April 5 at Wrestlemania XXV in Houston, Texas.
The actor, who made a big comeback to acting with the film The Wrestler last year, fractured his right hand when he punched Jericho.
Rourke, however, admitted to the New York Daily News that the confrontation in the ring was nothing but staged comedy. He explained, "I’m all healed up now. I kept my hand open when I punched so I wouldn’t hurt him."
"Chris and I went out for drinks after," he added.
