The wedding marks Tyson’s third marriage, which comes two weeks after the death of his 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, who was born from his second marriage.
Spicer, 32, was at Tyson’s side to console him during the tragedy.
The boxer formerly married actress Robin Givens in 1988 and then Monica Turner in 1997.
