Young Noah is not even in high school yet but teamed up with her best friend, 8-year old Emily Grace Reaves, to create Ooh! La, La! Couture.
The two young girls will launch their clothing collection, described as young and trendy, just in times for Valentine’s Day.
Noah and Emily created versatile styles that can be worn with any shoes to change the look.
Called The Emily Grace Collection, the line has clothes for young girls and also a complete collection for teens up to 14 years old.
According to Mail Online, some parents might consider this latest collection a little too daring for their little girls to wear.
