A 53-year-old man accused of stalking the singer will be heading to court in Georgia, where the popular teen star is shooting a film, reports Starpulse.com.
Mark McLeod is expected to present himself in court for a preliminary hearing this afternoon (August 18). He is being held at the Chatham County jail.
Police confirmed that McLeod came to Tybee Island twice looking for the 16-year-old star, and tried to break into the secured set of the film.
The man even claimed that he was engaged to the Hannah Montana star.
