Moby Speaks Out

Moby is condemming the execution of Saddam Hussein.

According to his internet site, Moby disagrees with the execution of Hussein.  The artist believes that is was against God’s will.

On December 30, the former dictator of Iraq was executed in Bagdad.  He was known for his crimes against humanity.

Moby is sad to see so many people around the world celebrating the death.  Moby, 41, wrote on his website, "Saddam Hussein was a bad man, and a tyrant. But I don’t know that ‘celebrating’ his death speaks so highly of the celebrants. I’m anti-death penalty. Executing the guilty might satisfy some violent blood-lust within us."
