A family friend has revealed to People magazine that the star is expecting another delivery from the stork.
Bellucci is already the mother of a 5-year-old daughter with her husband, French actor Vincent Cassel. The little girl named Deva, which means "heavenly beauty" in India, was born in September 2004.
The actress met Cassel on the set of L’appartement in 1996 and the two married in 1999.
Bellucci, 45, appeared in the film Baaria, which was just recently nominated for a Golden Globe award for the best foreign language film. However, Germany’s The White Ribbon was given the honour.
