More Bad Luck for Terrence Howard

A composer is suing actor Terrence Howard for $5 million.

After being rejected by the producers of Iron Man to star in the sequel, Terrence Howard is now facing legal matters, reports the New York Post.

The actor stands accused of assaulting Tex Allen, the musician who performed for the Broadway musical, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, when they were both backstage. Allen claims that Howard punched him in the face during a rehearsal in January.

Terrence Howard’s spokesperson, Michelle Benson, is defending her client, saying that the incident was insignificant. "We are aware of the allegations and expect this frivolous suit to be dismissed," Benson told E! News.
