More Witnesses for the Michael Jackson Trial

Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville is allowing five former testimonies against the singer Michael Jackson to be used as evidence in his sexual molestation trial.

The judge has authorized the plaintiff to bring the previous cases against Jackson into trial.  The five boys in the former cases have reached out of court settlements.

The past cases will be used by the prosecution to show that this case is not the first assault by Jackson against children.  The defence was deeply opposed to allowing this evidence into court.

According to the lawsuit, all the boys are between the ages of 10 and 13 at the time of the presumed offences.

The trial for the singer is taking place in Santa Maria, California.
