The National Enquirer reported after hearing exclusively from a family source, that the actor is planning to marry his step-granddaughter.
In June, the tabloid revealed that for over the past 10 years, the 72-year-old star has been having a romance with his 27-year-old step-granddaughter, E’Dena Hines. She is the granddaughter of Freeman’s first wife, and was raised by the actor and his second wife, Myrna, since she was young.
The secret love affair began toward the end of Freeman’s marriage. Now, a source claims that the couple plans to marry when the divorce is finalized.
An insider of the family stated, "Morgan has led her to believe that he wants to marry her."
Another source revealed, "Becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been E’Dena’s goal."
