Morrissey is ‘humasexual’

Morrissey insists he is not homosexual, despite revealing he had a relationship with a man in his new autobiography.

Morrissey claims he is not gay despite having same-sex relationships.

In his new autobiography, ‘The Last of the Famous International Playboys’ singer talks about intimate moments during the 90s with photographer Jake Walters, but claims they don’t mean he’s homosexual.

In a post on fansite True To You, Morrissey wrote: ”Unfortunately, I am not homosexual. In technical fact, I am humasexual. I am attracted to humans. But, of course… not many.”

Describing his relationship with Jake, the singer wrote in his autobiogaphy: ”For the first time in my life the eternal ‘I’ becomes ‘we,’ as, finally, I can get on with someone … Jake and I neither sought not needed company other than our own for the whirlwind stretch to come.

”Indulgently Jake and I test how far each of us can go before ‘being dwelt in’ causes cries of intolerable struggle, but our closeness transcends such visitations.”

While Morrissey doesn’t say whether his relationship with Jake was ever sexual, he reminisces about being photographed with his head ”resting on Jake’s exposed belly” and his friend bringing him tea in the bath.

However, elsewhere in the book – titled ‘Autobiography’ – Morrissey claims he and his female friend Tina Dehghani once discussed the possibility of becoming parents.

He describes their relationship as his ”first experience of uncluttered commitment” adding: ”Tina and I discuss the unthinkable act of producing a mewling miniature monster.”
