MTV Has Eye on Justin Bieber

MTV.com has revealed its pick for the three future stars to look out for in music or on TV. Among the three, one of them is 15-year-old Canadian singer Justin Bieber of Stratford, Ontario. Bieber has already become a big name in Canada.

The star, whose debut album, My World, was quite a hit, is getting ready to wrap up his second album, simply titled My World, part 2, which is headed for stores in March. The singer is also gearing up to headline his own tour for the first time to promote the new album.

MTV also reported that Bieber was chosen to host Pop-Con with Selena Gomez. Pop-Con is the first pop music festival for kids and teens, and will be held on February 20 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York.

For MTV, Bieber’s talent combined with his media magnetism makes him a top pick for as a rising star in 2010.
