The catwalk star has sued Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, one of the pioneers in the treatments against wrinkles.
The controversy began when an article was published in Hello! magazine, stating that the model had undergone treatment with the doctor, who practices in England.
Campbell has refused to confirm or deny if she has undergone the procedure, however she is furious that her name has been linked to the cosmetic surgeon.
On Thursday, the star filed the suit, asking for $87,000 in damages, alleging that she has never had Botox injections.
