The singer admits that she is still going through an adaptation process following the breakup of her marriage to Daniel Johns in January 2008. She says she’s not sure she’s ready for another relationship, reports Music-News.
Imbruglia explained, "I’m a bit scared of being single and scared of getting into another relationship, but I’m married to my work right now."
Despite their split, Imbruglia and Johns, of the band Silverchair, remain friends, and she even worked with him on her Come To Life album.
The 34-year-old star was working on the album while her marriage was crumbling, but Imbruglia insists that her personal struggles were not sources of inspiration for her music.
