According to their website, U2 is working with producer Rick Rubin. They have been doing non-stop concerts since the release of How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb in 2004.
In studio, U2 and Green Day will be recording the song The Saints are Coming, along with the Scottish group, The Skids.
Profits will go to Music Rising to help residents of Louisiana, that were victims of Hurricane Katrina.
ZOOTV, a new DVD by U2, will be available on September 19.
