Judge (Office Space) will be directing the comedy Extract, starring Bateman, whose character will have a few difficulties at work and some bad luck in his personal life.
It will be the first production by Judge’s production company, Ternion Productions, which was founded by screenwriters and producers, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky.
Ternion Productions is also doing a television show The Goode Family, which will air in 2009 on ABC.
In addition to this movie by Mike Judge, Jason Bateman (Juno) has had many projects on the go. After promoting the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, he will start promoting Hancock, a Will Smith movie which hits theatres on July 2.
