The actor is presently in talks with Miramax for a part in the Mike Judge (King of the Hill) comedy, Extract.
Affleck would play a character pursuing the owner of a flower extract company (Jason Bateman), who is having problems at work, on top of having a wife who’s cheating on him with a gigolo.
Clifton Collins Jr. will play a factory employee who has a part of his body amputated after a freak accident and then seeks financial compensation.
Mila Kunis (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Kristen Wilg (Saturday Night Live) have confirmed that they will be playing in the film.
Filming begins on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.
Affleck can be seen on the big screen on February 6, 2009 in the movie He’s Just Not That Into You. He will be playing opposite Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johansson, and Drew Barrymore.
