New Moon Set to Film in March

Production for the sequel to the hit film Twilight, called New Moon, will begin filming in the spring.

We already know that the sequel to Twilight is also being adapted to the big screen. But now, we know that the next film will be shooting at the beginning of 2009.

Kristen Stewart revealed during an interview that New Moon, the second novel by Stephenie Meyer, would start shooting in March.

The film will be directed by Catherine Hardwicke, who was behind the camera for Twilight, and the story will be adapted by Melissa Rosenberg, who also wrote the script to the first vampire flick.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will resume their roles in New Moon, which is set to hit theatres in 2010.
