Slater is already on the set of the movie Lies & Illusions, which is being shot in Spokane, Washington. The movie also stars Ann Schultz, Christa Campbell, Al Madrigal and Lochlyn Munro.
Lies & Illusions tells the story of a novelist who is being chased by a spy, who thinks the writer has millions of dollars in diamonds stolen by his dead fiancée.
The movie will be directed by Tibor Takacs (Mega Snake) for Nu Films/Millennium Films. It will be released on October 10, 2008.
Slater can also be seen in Quantum Quest: A Cassini Space Odyssey, which will be in theatres next year.
