Joseph Kahn has directed music videos for some of the biggest names in the biz, including Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry and Britney Spears.
Next up: a video for Eminem’s new track Love the Way You Lie, featuring Rihanna. It is a single off Eminem’s new album Recovery, an album that is sitting pretty at the top of charts around the world.
Yesterday (July 19), Joseph Kahn posted a message on Twitter about what he is working on today. He wrote: "Got off a call. Emergency music video. Gonna write and turn in a treatment in three hours to shoot asap. Video is gonna happen. Lots of work to do now. Did I say three hours? I f—ing lied. Finished and sent. 45 minutes. FTW. Video is awarded. Starts shooting Tuesday. Eminem & Rihanna. Off we go!"
Kahn has worked with Eminem on a few videos before, including 2002’s Without Me and 2009’s We Made You. Kahn worked with Rihanna in the past too when he directed a CoverGirl commercial featuring the pop star.
