Jonas Brothers singer Nick Jonas and young Disney star Selena Gomez have officially broken up, People reports.
The two 17-year old stars have had an on-again, off-again relationship. They broke up in March because of their busy schedules.
Gomez is getting ready to make a movie in Europe this summer while Jonas is hitting the road with his brothers.
A source says, "They were an item, but they are no longer together. It’s evident to everyone that they will always have a super strong connection. It’s never fun to go through a break-up but Selena has a lot of friends she’s leaning on for support."
Nick Jonas is the youngest of the three Jonas Brothers. He is also working on a solo career, launching his first solo album, Who I Am, last February.
While he is now single, his brother Joe Jonas is currently dating another Disney star and Selena Gomez friend, Demi Lovato.
