According to Orange News, Richie has a temporary restraining order against the two photographers that crashed into her car this month.
Richie was taken to the hospital following the accident, which took place on October 5 in Beverly Hills. Just a month earlier, Richie gave birth to her son, Sparrow, who is her second child with Joel Madden.
According to a decision made by the Los Angeles court on Friday (October 30), Ivon Miguel and Bam Bam must now stay away from Richie, her children and her staff.
In the complaint filed by Richie, the star expressed that she was being harassed daily, and that the two photographers were watching her house.
A second hearing is scheduled for later this month to determine if the restraining order will become permanent.
