Richie had lost her license after being found guilty of driving while intoxicated, reports FemaleFirst.
The star’s license was changed from "suspended" to "restricted" on September 19. Richie spent 82 minutes behind bars in August of 2007 as a result of her arrest. She spent 18 months attending an anti-DUI course after she was caught driving the wrong way on a freeway ramp.
As a restricted license holder, Richie can now use her car for work-related activities.
