Nicole Richie plans to grow her Winter Kate range in to a ”lifestyle brand”.
The reality star-turned-fashion designer launched her award-winning House of Harlow 1960 accessories line in 2008, and extended it in 2010 to include apparel and shoes.
She followed that up with a womenswear range which she now wants to use to break into the world of home styling.
The mother-of-two told Ocean Drive magazine: ”This has been in my head for a very long time. With Winter Kate we started out so small. It’s taken me four seasons even to expand into doing leathers, laser cuts, furs.
”Ultimately, this will be a lifestyle brand. I’m going to do home furnishings and flatware, everything.”
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old former wildchild – who named both collections after her four-year-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate – debuted her new clothing line for shopping channel QVC last Friday (24.02.12).
The Nicole Richie Collection features bohemian-style blouses, maxi skirts, dresses and handbags at affordable prices.
She told ET Online: ”My inspiration for The Nicole Richie Collection is bohemian chic, feminine, delicate.
”I want women to feel like they’re having top style without paying top dollar.”
