Nicolette Sheridan Worst Dressed of 2004

Sheridan is one of the stars of the television show Desperate Housewives.  She was crowned Worst Dressed by Mr. Blackwell who has been giving out these awards for the last 45 years.

Paris Hilton who was the winner last year, "improved" her performance, and finds herself in fifth place this year.

Actress and singer Lindsay Lohan came in second this year, while third place was a tie between sisters Jessica and Ashlee Simpson.
