There will be no charges pressed against Alba, after she posted up signs of the great white shark on public property in Oklahoma City while shooting her new film.
The actress was caught on surveillance camera putting up ads raising awareness about the great white shark population.
Property owners refused to file a complaint against the star and said that they have no interest in doing so. Therefore, the case is now closed.
Alba has since apologised for her wrongdoings, stating, "I got involved in something I should have had no part of. I realize that I should have used better judgment."
