Us magazine reports singer Jessica Simpson decided to set the record straight. She did not visit a plastic surgeon on Monday (June 14).
The 29-year old star was photographed this week with her father, Joe, and a bunch of friends outside a Beverly Hills medical centre. A lot of plastic surgeons have offices in that building.
The rumours stated that Jessica Simpson spent nearly six hours there and met with several plastic surgeons.
She shot down the rumours Tuesday (June 15) on her Twitter page. She wrote: "True- went to the doctor yesterday. False- plastic surgery."
The singer has had at least one experience with cosmetic surgery in the past. She received lip injections a few years ago.
In 2006, she told Glamour magazine that she did get Restylane injections but admitted she was disappointed with the results because it looked fake. She also shared that she was happy when the effect wore off.
