No wedding yet for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Their six children are pressuring them to get married.

Over the past week, rumors have surfaced from various media sources that famous movie star couple Angelina Jolie, 36, and Brad Pitt, 47, might actually be tying the knot this summer, reports People.

While speculation abounded, other sources denied the information, stating, “There is no evidence nor any single truth” to the wedding rumors. While raising their brood of six, the couple also has a number of projects on the go, and the same source indicated that they are just too busy to get married.

Pitt is currently filming World War Z, while Jolie and the children just returned to Los Angeles after visiting Pitt on location in Malta. Pitt also has commitments to promote two of his upcoming films, Moneyball and Cogan’s Trade, while Jolie will be busy putting the finishing touches on her directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey.

Not to mention having their hands full looking after six children: Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 3.

Although Pitt and Jolie have said they would only get married when everyone else legally could – gay or straight – that argument is starting to fizzle since New York recently passed gay marriage legislation.

Last year, Jolie, told ABC News she and Pitt would probably get married if their kids asked them to, saying, "I think it would be hard to say no to the kids."

Pitt also told USA Weekend, "The kids ask about marriage. It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at."

As the couple renovates the family compound Chateau Miraval in the south of France – complete with its own chapel – they’ll soon have the perfect location for private nuptials, according to the rumor mill.
