Now you can rent … Liechtenstein!

The country is yours for $70,000 a night.

The European principality of Liechtenstein has decided to promote their country by renting it out for only 49,175 euros ($70,000) a night.

While its citizens go about business as usual, rental includes accommodation for 150 guests plus customized street signs and currency if desired. For a small fee you can also enjoy a medieval procession or and individual logo created from candle wax.

The rental plan is offered by the Liechtenstein-based marketing firm Rent a Village by Xnet and rental company Airbnb, which also has 10 European villages on its books. So, if renting an entire country is too extravagant or overwhelming, there is always the option of renting a village in Austria or Switzerland for a mere $60,000 a night.

Liechtenstein is a country of 35,000 people in the Alps tucked between Switzerland and Austria. It is the fourth smallest independent state in Europe.
