According to various American sources, Liam Gallagher, the band’s singer, has said that Oasis will begin work on their next album in November. Their last CD, Don’t Believe the Truth, was released in 2005.
On November 20, Oasis will release their compilation CD Stop the Clocks, which will include several of the band’s biggest hits.
Stop the Clocks will be the last album from the contract between Oasis and Sony BMG. The two enjoyed mutual success for 16 years.
