Oasis Plans Ambitious New Album

The group Oasis plans to record their next disc in 2007.

According to the website NME, the band members want to create their most ambitious album this year.  Noel Gallagher, the guitarist, has confirmed that there are already four solid songs left over from the Don’t Believe the Truth album.

The 39 year-old artist has been inspired by the accoustic shows given by the band.  Gallagher would love to have something big for the disc, such as an orchestra and a choir.  He explained, "I’d like to make an absolutely fucking colossal album. You know? Like literally two orchestras, stuff like that."
