Us magazine reports that singer Britney Spears continues to contact her ex, Adnan Ghalib. He’s the paparazzo widely blamed for instigating the media frenzy in 2007-2008 that resulted in her mental breakdowns.
There’s only one teeny weeny problem with this alleged contact. Britney Spears has been living under her dad’s conservatorship since the beginning of 2008. Looking out for his daughter, Jamie Spears asked for and received a restraining order against Ghalib in March 2009.
It turns out the lowlife was profiting from his relationship with the pop superstar. He was caught leaking private details of his relationship with Spears to the media. Her dad was understandably not amused.
A source says Spears is crying on Ghalib’s shoulder and complaining about the sorry state of her life. The source shares: "She says she’s not living the life she wants."
Britney Spears is currently seeing her former agent, 38-year old Jason Trawick. They have been dating since last summer but the source claims "she really wants to get back together with Adnan."
Spears does appear to have her professional life on track despite a personal life that resembles a roller coaster. She is currently working on a follow up to 2009’s Circus. The pop star is rumoured to have enlisted some music industry heavyweights to bring the project to fruition. French DJ and producer David Guetta and Akon are a few of the big names mentioned as possible collaborators.
