Bloom, 30, is one of the stars of the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise, which will be releasing another installment this summer.

In Style magazine announced the news following a survey taken of its readers to determine the sexiest man.  Here is the top ten list of the sexiest men of 2007, according to the poll:
