Sharon Osbourne, the wife of Ozzy and the organiser of the show, has officially announced the news.
After 11 years of the annual festival, the decision was made to hold the event for free. "It’s business as usual, except it’s free. We want to encourage new music and new talent," said the singer’s wife and manager Sharon Osbourne.
The next Ozzfest will be held on July 7 in Los Angeles, before traveling to 25 other cities.
