Ozzy Osbourne donating his body to science?

Ozzy Osbourne wants to offer his body to science, saying it’s a medical miracle.

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne has battled numerous drug and alcohol problems over the years. He thinks it’s a miracle of modern medicine he has survived this substance abuse. Music-News reports he thinks it’s a good idea to donate his body to science when he dies.

Osbourne is surprised to have reached the age of 61. He thinks doctors and scientists would be interested in studying his body after he dies. He says,  "By all accounts, I’m a medical miracle. When I die, I should donate my body to the Natural History Museum."

The singer says he could drink four bottles of cognac at a time back in his heavy consumption days. He would black out, forget everything that happened and then get up and do it all over again.

Despite his substance abuse problems, Osbourne says he has always been concerned about his health. He admits: "I happen to be the world’s worst hypochondriac. I will catch a disease off the telly (TV). Being ill is like a hobby. I’ve even started to diagnose my own diseases, thanks to Google."

Osbourne’s health is doing fine right now. His new album, Scream, drops June 22. He then starts an 18-month world tour a week later. He plans stops in England, Italy and Finland.
