P Diddy New Spokesperson for Pepsi

According to the New York Post, P Diddy is to star alongside former supermodel Cindy Crawford and Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria.

In a 30 second ad, the rap mogul is seen heading to an awards show when his car breaks down. He spots a Pepsi truck, hitches a lift to the show and pulls up to the red carpet lined with celebrities and paparazzi looking on in amazement at his new "cool" mode of transport.

Neither Pepsi nor Combs’ rep have commented, but the Post reports the ad is set to debut during America’s Super Bowl on February 6.

The spot is the first time Combs has promoted a product other than his own lines of business which include Bad Boy Entertainment, Sean Jean clothing and two restaurants.
