According to the lawsuit, the star has not been available for promotional responsibilities to which she is contractually obligated.
United Licensing Group Inc. says that they have attempted to have Anderson attend autograph sessions, photography sessions and other promotional events, and she has not been available.
The star is being sued for breach of contract in Superior Court.
Pamela Anderson is currently a spokesperson for the Viva Glam V line from M.A.C. Cosmetics. She is also the star of her own sitcom, Stacked, on the American Fox network.
