Panic! At The Disco Heads Back to Studio

The four members of Panic! At The Disco will be back in the recording studio in January to begin working on their second CD.

The group, from Las Vegas, won the prize for Best Video at the MTV Video Music Awards last September.

Singer Brendon Urie recently spoke about their plans for the next disc.  "The next album is going to be stuff that we’ve never tried before," Urie tells Billboard.com. "That’s the stuff that interests us in our music — just exploring new instruments we’ve never tried and new sounds that are appealing to us."

The singer added, "I like to say we surprise ourselves every day. We try to take control of our own destiny, I guess."

The first CD from Panic! At The Disco, A Fever you Can’t Sweat Out, has sold very well.  The band will complete their tour this December.
