The band, who spent the summer opening for the No Doubt tour, will soon be headlining their own shows.
The Franklin, Tennessee group hopes to play in small venues in order to be more intimate with their fans. Paramore has been performing for crowds of 15 000 or more while on the road with No Doubt.
The Paramore tour will also be promoting the band’s next album, Brand New Eyes, which will be released on September 29. The same day, the band will perform their first headline show in Pomona, California.
For now, only 18 concerts have been announced, and Toronto is the band’s only Canadian stop.
