According to Ryan Seacrest’s radio program, she stated, " I got off… at about 10pm then I went and had dinner with my sister and all my girlfriends and then we went to this charity event Dave Navarro threw for brain tumours. I had one margarita, and I was starving ’cause I had not ate all day. I’m in my (Mercedes) SLR, so maybe I was speeding a little bit and I got pulled over."
Star of the television series The Simple Life explained that her car was unsteady because there were all kinds of paparazzis around. The police did not want to give any special treatment to Hilton.
