On Saturday, the former star of The Simple Life, was involved in an accident when a paparazzi’s car hit her SUV.
Hilton came out without any injuries. When she got out of the car, the photographer’s car was headed right for her. Luckily she got out of the way. Her driver did not have the same luck. He suffered neck injuries.
