The Los Angeles police will decide on September 28 if they will file charges against the socialite.
Hilton, who recently released her first music album, entitled simply Paris, was arrested on September 7 in Hollywood. Police pulled the star over for driving erratically, and Hilton was found to have a blood alcohol level of .08, which is the legal limit in the state of California.
If charges are filed against Hilton, she may be fined or have her license suspended. Additionally, she may be obligated to enter a drug rehabilitation program.
