A source stated, "Paris definitely looked a lot bigger than she usually looks. She is either pregnant or had eaten a massive meal!"
The 27-year-old star has never hidden her desire to have children. Earlier this year, she revealed, "I do want a baby, pretty soon. Not yet because I’m so busy, but next year."
Hilton’s friends have implied that the star’s biological clock started ticking after having witnessed her best friend, Nicole Richie, become a mother to her first baby girl, Harlow, with Benji’s twin brother, Joel Madden.
