The star, and his wife Jillian, posed for the advertising campaign for Dempsey’s new fragrance, Patrick Dempsey 2.
The Grey’s Anatomy star preferred to work with his wife instead of a model, because the fragrance was inspired by true love. The scent is Dempsey’s second fragrance collaboration with Avon.
Avon explained that the fragrance was "designed to embrace strength, commitment and intimacy between two people."
When Avon management suggested models to pose with Dempsey, he immediately rejected the idea, stating, “I don’t feel comfortable having a model… Why can’t I just use my wife and make it about that?”
